Aesthetically or functionally? Functionall, I'd say Chaos Cloak. Aesthetically, the PMoS looks like butt and can't be saved by any armour.

My Thoughts.
If you can afford it, the Almirian Crusader armor. It blends nicely with both the red backside of the mask, as well as the white of the mask itself. The scarf has no significant clipping issues with the armor either.

I think the Shadowsun Slicker
I think the Shadowsun Slicker fits well. The colors match, and it is similarly functional (both are gunner pieces). Not one of the most versatile or best looking helms, but this combo could work. You coukd get accessories to fit other armors suggestes above, but that is a job for the preview AH function.

There are some choices.
Bear with me, I got trigger happy with the screenshot button :P
Seerus Mask + Almirian Crusader Armour - Best match, in my opinion.
Seerus Mask + Mad Bomber Suit - This one's also nice, but the little tank thing on the back of the suit clips through shields when you're in Haven :x
Seerus Mask + Shadowsun Slicker - I guess this one's okay, but... the colours are a little off.
Seerus Mask + Infernal Guardian Armour - This is more of an alternative to the Vog Cub Coat. I think it's kind of like the Shadowsun option though: the colours don't exactly match.
There's other choices, like the Salamander / Volcanic Salamader Suit or even the Dusker Coat, but these four are the ones I like the best :P Either way, since it's your costume, it's also your choice! Just wear something you like :3

Dusker if you're going for the Warmaster Seerus look, or Snarb because Snarb goes with mostly anything with dark colours or reds. I've yet to try it with any other armours though. I only wear it along with Snarb as costume when I'm doing OCH because I'm conceited.
My personal favourite is Fractured Mask of Seerus with Mercurial Demo armour. The broken helmet appearance goes well with the Bomber theme and Mercurial Demo looks awesome.
