I am looking to make a CiV out of it so it is the same ether way but having one with undead high leaves no OCD to be had.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder. It bothers me that I would be wasting a low UV by having and undead high + VH rather then undead high + high.
Well that's a bit stupid
