Kinda like what Recon and Guardian have really. It'll slowly regain easily making a decent nerf to Strikers and easily making it much more strategic in the field of battle.
EDIT: Their regen speed would probably be a tiny bit faster than what both Guardian and Recon have.
No, make guardian and recon shields instant instead. It makes more sense.
This is actually a ninja-buff. Currently, once you run out, you can't shield cancel, crippling your offense and defense. With gradual recovery, you won't ever have to worry about losing your cancelling. In my opinion, the current system is more skill-intensive because it requires you to manage your boost so you never get caught without it.
