As someone that is not interested in your item, I could see this going for 7-10k CE. It may be more worth your time to do a short auction if you are unsure of the offers you receive on it.
Note: That's assuming the item is leveled to 5*. You'll probably get less for a 2* shield (though I think most people are willing to pay more than the CE discrepancy of transmute and leveling costs).
