Listen! In Tier 2 Lockdown today, I spammed a Lightning Capacitator. Guess what? I only got about 600 damage! I think this is absurd, and I also had scored the lowest damage in the team...! Embarassing if you tell me. Anyway, I am starting a petition to count status damage (fire, shock, etc.) as Lockdown damage points! I hope you all support! I think this idea is a good idea because:

1. No more embarassing scoring.

2. Most swords that cause status damage usually come from their charges, but still, it's not a high chance that a status effect comes out of a sword...

3. Guns are not as status-inducing as bombs, so don't even try to think this post is useless.

4. This petition is mostly made for the love of "gas-bombs". These "gas-bombs" are the most status-inducing bombs in SK.

5. You might say " but status weapons cause more damage than normal weapons" but the weapons ALREADY have status in them already, there's nothing you can do.

6. What do you think? Post below!

Fire damage is counted in Lockdown.

As for shock damage...
Fire damage is counted as environmental damage in the Clockworks, but shock damage is counted as player damage as far as I know.
So I'm pretty sure shock damage is counted as player damage in Lockdown too.

Shock is counted towards damage.

I use nothing but a Voltaic Tempest in tier 3, I don't hit anyone with the center explosion, and I usually get around 2,000 damage.
When using the status bombs, especially the Shock Line, your point is not damage, it's interruption and the removal of invinciframes.
You jam someone in the middle of one of those babies and they're fresh meat for all your teammates. Try Venom Veiler one day. People often ignore it and run right through it, but they're underestimating it's usefulness. It's pretty much protecting you like a shield by halving incoming damage to you and your teammates, and pretty much makes the opponent useless in combat.

You need to learn that haze bombs aren't for damage, they're for dehabilitation, and damage isn't everything.

If you really want to have some fun, try to keep someone both stunned and shocked. It's an absolutely evil combo.

If you're using a mist bomb, don't expect to get good damage. It's built for support. And please shift this to suggestions.

the fact that you're playing

the fact that you're playing a support role and expect to have massive numbers for anything except caps in lockdown is kind of embarrassing

not that playing support is bad

just your expectations are pretty silly

Damage numbers don't make you win.

Captures do.

This isn't even a suggestion. Status damage IS counted for lockdown. Graveyard please.

@Batibii

I don't see many people winning Lockdown games without killing anyone.
Yet I've seen people win lockdown games with a total of two captures for the whole team.
@Thread..this is sad. status damage IS counted toward damage.
