Nice valuation Apo, lol. I told him it'd be tough to get 15k in game when asked. I also agree in that I'd offer 7k for the coat (if I were to offer at all), just to destroy the tail.

Skolver Cap shadow low with a toupee... What toupee? Hallow? If so, that's tops 4.5kce. Not even worth selling.
Skolver Coat no-UV with fancy wolver tail and wings of fury: maybe 10kce TOPS. I wouldn't pay higher than 6 for that. Fancy and fury-wings don't match, not with each other or with skolver.
Tops you should be asking for the set would be 14kce. TOPSSSSSSSSSS.
