Shouldn't non-boss missions be more rewarding?

Currently it's next to impossible to find any parties for a mission different than a boss one. This is hindering the progress of newer players, since they are forced to solo missions in an otherwise team oriented game. I apologise if it was your idea to extend he game's lifespan like this by making it harder to reach higher ranks, but that's not the way to do it since the whole point is to have players helping each other. Compared to other games it's very unlikely that a higher ranked player could help a lower ranked one, because all missions require precious energy and they are going to basically waste one third of their playing time for the day. Regular missions should be made more appealing so we can have players of the same rank complete them instead of doing boss runs all the time. Everyone will eventually want to get out of T1 and more to the next tougher and more rewarding boss, and find it difficult, because the missions are harder and they have to be soloed, since non-boss runs are generally completed only once in a player's life and currently nobody else wants do run the same mission. Having small community doesn't help either.

Kid, I want to tell you something

The point of SK's clockworks is to give players an ever changing world that they have some control over. What this mission system has done is butcher this ideal, since it made SK a lot more linear. Honestly, there shouldn't even be these missions. So if you are complaining about non boss missions, there's nothing much you can do. Try running it with some guildies or friends if possible. Some are very welcome to help.

you can't give all the missions the same reward. practially, for 2 reasons:
1 there is not enough space for all these enemies and boxed to drop loot in a normal level.
2 the price of ce will rise because of more crowns in the market.
it would be better to nerf boss missions payout so ce gets lower. it would have practically the same effect.

Thought of that too, but

Thought of that too, but either removing the missions or decreasing the rewards will cause the players to rage a lot. Maybe decrease the boss ones and increase the normal ones so it doesn't have a big impact on the profit people make. Though that will make basil runs more profitable and the AH prices will drop, the players will start using the clockworks more and eventually the mission screen might be dropped out and the game will be the same as before. I haven't played that much before the update, so if it was better or not to have the mission screen is for older players to decide.

finaly just going to do it.

The first step to fix this game is to reduce missions to a short but good tutorial for new players this way it is not required of the older players to do it and gives the newer ones a good chuck of back story and teaches them HOW TO PLAY BY PLAYING not by GIANT WALLS OF TEXT. Walls of text are the worst way to teach players how to play, better to teach through action then through reading.

Flopp it, I'm just going to right up how it should be done and make a thread for it.
Be back in about a hour+

Nerf boss mission payouts. Problem solved.

Also buff ARCADE payouts.

So basically have the same payout on every level, including boss lairs.

You're completely forgetting the fact that boss lairs are no longer a reliable source of Heat thanks to the Forge and you're unable to feed your Sprite during a boss lair due to needing an Arsenal station. If you make the payout the same as regular Arcades the only incentive for running a Lair will be Boss tokens, and the payout from those besides FSC is modest at best.
