I know its QUITE odd to be asking this IN THE SUMMER, But..
How about Winterfest Helmets for Perm? (Santy Helmets and Snowy Santy)
Why? Well why not?
I for one loved the look of the Helmets, but was sad to see that they we're only a few days duration, (Even after spending your hard earned Wishlists.) and no way to keep them forever and wear them Year round.
So why not? Make them Perm duration for the next Holiday season. ;)

Wait, they only had a few days duration ? Why did OOO make that ? Yes,i want them forever too, or OOO could add a npc wich sells the starting armor/helmets in all styles and add a Santy Hat Accessory to the winterfest event
