Ever wanted to play Lock-down or Blast Network with your friends but you never get to because the queuing changes position of others and makes you go without your friend? Well, I had this problem with my friend for a few months. We enter at the same time, go into different games. There could be a lobby for custom games where you can create your own custom game and hold your own matches. You can invite others and play with them. But there should be no rewards for the fact that the team may just let the other team win or just troll around.

Possible advantages to this:
-Able to play with friends
-Duel with a specific person or guild
-Mess around

Possible disadvantages to this:
-No rewards
-Hosting a "server" may cost
