Yesterday I decided to start playing spiral knights again so I started playing when I noticed that all item icons seemed to be blurry

What graphics card do you

What graphics card do you have? Seems that the graphics card settings are set to shrink the texture size to increase speed. I do it to get more fps.
Try to change the setting to max quality instead of max performance. I don't know how to describe it, try searching it on the web.
