Which one is faster?
i compared on the wiki and they looked the same, but i hsee people saying trokia is slower.
plz clarify...

Do you mean the statistics bars for damage and speed? Those things are notoriously inaccurate. For example, they report Gran Faust as being faster than Divine Avenger, whereas DA is just as fast in regular attacks, and much faster in charge attacks.
You can get actual data about the rates of regular attacks and charge attacks on these swords. It turns out that DA and GF are somewhat faster than Sudaruska (and presumably Triglav) --- about 10%-20%.

I knew it, asi med troika was slower than a clean sealed!
So you'd need at least asi high troika to match/outspeed a normal sealed sword. Take note that the sealed would still be faster if it has the same amount of asi.
Sealed Sword is faster. There is nothing much else to say about it.
