loyalty suggestion:
i think during the anniversary event's you gave out random boxes which gave out a free elevator pass etc. maybe call it the mysterious lockbox - you could possibly implement a system where the player would have to log/play a certain amount of hours to increase their chance of receiving the lockbox. from the lockbox the player can obtain supply packs, silver keys, shadow keys, orbs, fire crystals etc

icon suggestion:
you could possibly add icon titles basically icons to replace the vanguard icon. ive seen nick with a jelly one :o
via new achievements for the game - kill the royal jelly king 100 times to obtain the jelly icon etc

compensation suggestion:
- introduce a new type of pass - a loot pass: increases the chance for better loot +crown multiplier extra x1.2
