Pretty sure I'm not the first to bring this up, but Google didn't find anything related.
Medals are artifacts that you can earn by being a Beta tester, buying CE packs, and being a good knight who makes the community proud or something (Purple Spiral). Sadly, there's no way of showing them off. Wouldn't it be nice to have them in front of Crest accessories? Upon doing the thing that grants each medal, the player should be rewarded with the artifact (Removing them is bad) and ONE, and only ONE crest accessory.
Additionally, there should be a Medal for those who completed ALL achievements.

Actually, that's a pretty nice idea too.
It could be to the left/right of your prestige badge but I think you could have only one of them at a time.
How about having it on your name
