When I had reached vanguard I was kind of disappointed that Rhendon was not at my promotion.
For new people he takes a much bigger part in the game than Bosco with his robot and Bechamel combined.
I also believe that Rhendon's appearance continues to grow.

I'd love to see him there in the future.

I think he is busy in Seerus "special chamber" after a failed mission. Some say he will never be saved, others say he doesn't want to be.
