Prestige Mission Rewards should give Orbs of Alchemy / Fire Crystals

Prestige Mission Rewards should give Orbs of Alchemy / Fire Crystals. They currently just give Prestige, which is useless to a player.

That way, each day we could be guaranteed to obtain at least one orb a day, provided we beat the mission. Updated drop rate on orbs is very, very low.

Weaker players could party up with stronger members in order to beat the mission for the day and obtain an orb, making them one step closer to crafting stronger equipment they need to make it through the main levels.

If a daily mission gave out 1 Orb (bound), it wouldn't be as problematic as mist-crafting (since it would take an alt 3 days to craft 1 item), but also help you work towards crafting something you might want too.

And Fire Crystals too, because anyone with less-than-max-level equips know how much we'd like more of those available.

+1 but

Orbs are easy to get. Why does everyone think they are hard to find? I have been doing elite runs only and I have 49 sparks of life and near 40 advanced orbs and I have about 30 4/5 star orbs of alchemy same with heat cystals. And I am in t2.

I do T3 and T2 arcade runs

I do T3 and T2 arcade runs and I never seems to find any 2*,3*, and 4* orbs. All I find is tons of 5* orbs... What's the point of getting 5* if I can't even craft the lower star gear.

T2 arcade

I've run so many T2 arcades for orbs but all I ever get are 2* fire crystals, and very VERY rarely, a 1* orb. and I play on elite, too.

slimy, it's becuase you are playing on elite. you get greater chances to get orbs for the next level. try advanced or elite snarby.

I sure love how the community

I sure love how the community assumes everyone has 5 star equipment and lovingly calls people dumb.

off a cliff you go.

:D I am a jerk, and you can go jump off a cliff if you got a problem with it.
Also I would guess he has at least 4 star items seeing how he said he was in tire 3.
I don't call people dumb out of love, I call them dumb to better emphasis that they need to think more.

Orbs are obtainable if you

Orbs are obtainable if you spend hours upon hours of running through Clockworks. And by running, I really mean only opening Treasure Boxes--since that's the only way to find them. If I'm not too interested in bashing things for crown or heat, I'm just running through the level finding Treasure Boxes and moving along.

Increasing the Orb drop rate would obviously be problematic. I spent about 5 hours running through Tier 3 on Elite opening boxes like it was Christmas and only found 2 orbs and I think that's quite fair.

But having a daily Mission reward give you one? That is untradable? That guarantees that, provided you beat the mission, you will be guaranteed at least one Orb (not necessarily 5 Star, let the rank be randomly chosen for the day) to get you closer to crafting? That is more useful than the reward prize for the missions currently? That can only be done once a day?

I don't see any harm in that.
