You obviously didn't even like it, so just set the duration to a flat time, and remove the description mentioning it. This sounded like a much more fun ability on paper than it turned out to be, and that false advertising needs to go.

What're you talking about?
I for one like having the extension. It makes it easier to apply it to even more enemies, and get more 2nd ticks on them as well. I think it might even be possible to get 3 total explosions in a big mob after maxing those points, definitely don't want it gone.

If there was a bug introduced today that made it so that the hex always lasted for its maximum duration, would you even notice?
Provided you're fighting more than maybe two enemies, it's just going to last for 9-10 seconds no matter what. I want the mechanic to matter more; for the ability to last up to 20-30 seconds if I'm in a really crowded situation and only 5-10 or if I'm fighting few enemies.
That's never going to happen because that would be fun and interesting, so I'm proposing just fix it at 10 seconds and be done with it.

so, practically all 3rd skills need a buff. I know, I saw them all.
for the suggestion, I would prefer a more consitent "positive feedback loop" from the maskeraith. and I have a drakon.
I honestly can't say much on this yet :c My Voogd is still only at beta stage but I'll assume what zeddy is saying is legit. So +.5 until further notice.
