Please have an option to bind the defend and modifier key into one. Right now you have to choose between the two.

The modifier key isn't an actual attack, movement or ability. So it wouldn't be conflicting if you were able to to bind them.

I came back to check out the changes, and while many of you are probably used to it by now, having to switch between the two (for me) felt awkward.

Wait what?

You can change the modifier key, if that's your problem. If it's not... Are you suggesting that you can press a key that will serve as a modifier and an action? So, for example, if I have x as a modifier and as defend, I have mouse1 bound to attack and mod+mouse1 bound to dash, I will dash if I click while shielding?
