Wow this lag is REDICKULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely 100% unplayable. Ran a speed test and i am not suffering any bandwith problems at all. WTF Spiral Knights, now that people aren't able to pay for elevator passes do you not care about your game server???

Breaking news.

First I had few-min logging on.
Next i noticed only one my friend of 200 is logged on, guild empty. I thought "lolwut" and looked on Steam, but it says the 8 friends plays and "Show game info" says they are in dungeons. I went to haven, blackscreen.
I logged off and tryed to log in again, but... nothing i just can't.

Slow down, but...

I've noticed some slowdown when the rooms are full of enemies (like in arenas), and the occasional 3 second pauses, but overall, I am not getting much lag, not enough to really jeopardize my playing.

I can confirm the lag. I've got a bandwith of ~6MiBit and the usage is less than 10% on up- and downspeed on average, with spikes up to 1/6th, according to my router statistics.

I'm in Germany and my ISP is 1&1, if that's a useful information.
and no, sadly restarting my computer and router didn't help.

That's because they block ping requests, your packet isn't lost, you just aren't getting a reply.

Still... the point is... I'm getting an insane amount of lag while having a 4 blue bar connection fsr. And it takes me about 5 minutes to login. And another 5 to get into the ready room. And can't walk around properly.
I then went on another game that use to lag more than SK does for me and it's going to completely fine in comparison to SK right now.

My internet connection is barely used while running SK, still I'm getting the huge lag. Also I could play just fine two days ago, no new patch since then.
