I've discovered that as a tier 3 knight, if you run out of advanced orbs it's impossible to find more in the clockworks because of your inability to advance pass emberlight without tier 3 gear. Advanced orbs of alchemy are impossible to trade and vendors don't sell you anything tier 3 either. Anyone else run across problems like this?

I didn't say it was impossible. Just more dificult to advance when you've waisted all existing advanced orbs on weapons instead of armor or shields. But thanx for the advice I completely forgot that kozmo sold these things. I'd better start buying energy :P

Advanced orbs are all over T2...
I haven't crafted anything since the update, so I might be wrong, but can't you find 3-star orbs on Stratum 4? Also, you can buy them from Kozma at a price of 200 energy for three orbs.
