Hello all :) [If you do not have the patience to read how I came up with the idea, skip to paragraph break 2 :P]
I'm the papaya and I have a suggestion to make, regarding the recent release of the Battle Sprites. My English is kinda [poo] so please bear with me
As most of you will probably know, our Sprites need to be fed materials to level up. You can pretty much feed them any material and they will still gain heat (however, the amount of heat varies from different materials).
[Paragraph Break :)]
However, once a Sprite has gained maximum heat and is ready to "level up", you have to feed it/them it's favorite food. In most cases, you have to feed the little critter "Battle Sprite Food", which, as Biscotti explained, can be crafted in the Food Alchemy Stations (that's what I call them at least :P) To craft food for the Drakon, you need Crimsonite. To craft food for the Seraphynx, you need Luminite. To craft food for the Maskeraith, you need Dark Matter.
[Paragraph Break :P]
After looking through my arsenal the other day, a thought struck me. Why aren't we able to craft pet food with shards? I mean, look at the Dark Shards for an example, the description clearly states that it is "A shard of Dark Matter that is too small to be used in powering gates but highly useful in alchemy"
"But papaya", you may ask, "Shards are as plentiful as [the opposite of heaven], if we could actually craft Battle Sprite Food out of shards, wouldn't everyone level up their Sprites to lvl 100 in no time?"
Yes, yes, this has occurred to me. But lets have another look at the description for the Dark Shard "A shard of Dark Matter that is too small to be used in powering gates but highly useful in alchemy"
The description states that a Dark Shard is basically a piece of Dark Matter. And [going off topic], just like a jigsaw puzzle, the small pieces make bigger pieces, which make even bigger pieces whic-...yeah I'll stop.
Ok, time to get to the point. I propose that we should be able to craft Pet Food with shards, with the only setback being that 1...lets say Dark Matter is equal to [3-10] Dark Shards.
[Paragraph Break :)]
Thank you for taking time to read my suggestion :) Thoughts?
Logically, it makes sense. But when it comes to balance...
Let's just say it'd drive the materials up as high as greens and blues, if not higher.
