Basically, this suggestion is to allow you to turn off chat, the reason i am suggesting this that it causes me to be distracted by it or make my head hurt sometimes. Annoying as heck in FSC due to how long it is.

While it is off, anyone that /tells you or anything else will get a message saying that your chat is off. I ain't sure what to do with guildmates, maybe broadcast it to the whole guild so they know you turned chat off? If so, then it should have a 1-5 minute cooldown to prevent people spamming it.

Loot however will still be displayed but i am happy to put in a suggestion to turn that on and off as well.
