I hope Spiral Knights can make knights able to forge their weapon anywhere including in missions. Because when your weapon reaches a level and it won't move anymore because you need to forge it, and you can only forge in arsenal stations or in haven, so once you got your weapon to a level you will have to go up to haven to forge it (and it doesn't succeed every time!!!), and that also means you will have to give up the mission and go up and forge it which is basically giving up the credit for finishing the mission, but you also wanted to make your weapon's level go faster and higher. So i really hope that Spiral Knights can make the player forge their weapon at any time and any place.

You only receive heat at the end of a floor. You can forge your weapons at the beginning of the next floor at the Arsenal station.
What seems to be the problem here?

What pro-armor is complaining about misssions and boss levels instead of regular clockworks. This is exactly why OOO created forging to make people like pro-armor here enjoy the game more [from his way of complaining i already know hes a person who tends to do missions for heat not for the fun of it this is why they created forging, as i repeat for the 3rd time i beleive on this thread

oh yes. every floor but boss floors(excluding first ones) and tresure vaults have one. it's 13 floors on a game with 23x4=92 floors. obviously there are more trasure vaults, but you don't find 2 bosses on the same gate.

What you dont see is that forging is gate made by OOO to get people to start doing missions more for the fun instead of just spamming FSC or other boss runs for heat, so i beleive the only way they will most likey ever even think about considering this suggestion is if they beleive [A] Doing this will increasr players or [B] not doing this is decreasing players. Hope i was of help.
