This stems off all the stuff with Rocket Snipes. While this isn't 100% serious, it would be awesome if it were in the game and I WOULD get one for sure.
One way to obtain this Sprite is to find Snipes in the Clockworks. After finding 100-200 of them (and you have to have joined at the start of the level, too), then you may buy a Rocket Snipe from the Supply Depot. The second way is to wait for Hyperion's birthday week, when a promo should be made allowing you to buy a Rocket Snipe for a discounted price on the Supply Depot, even if you haven't found the Snipes in the Clockworks.
Enough about all this! What do they do? (For the sake of consistency, I call the Snipe a boy, but it could be a girl!)
Aesthetics
The whole Snipe is Prismatic. He wears the Harnesses on his head like a headband. The rockets could look like this or this.
Rocket Snipes eat food made from Valestone. (Green Minerals)
Play Style
The Battle Snipe encourages and aids in head on, reckless tactics which require that the enemy dies before you do. While this will be a great help to Hyperion, who uses such tactics (As far as we know...), I think many other players will find it helpful.
Harnesses
The Rocket Snipe can equip 3 harnesses.
- Iron: Normal damage and Stun on Reckless Charge
- Crystal: Elemental damage and Death Mark on Reckless Charge
- Golden: Piercing damage and Poison on Reckless Charge
Skills and Ultimates
- Reckless Charge: Charges forward for a set distance or until the RS hits something, dealing damage and a status, depending on the equipped Harness. This does no knockback.
- Focus: Decreases cooldown.
- Steel Feathers: Increases damage.
- Charged Rockets: Increases chance of dealing a status, as well as the power and duration of the status.
- Fearless Charge: Goes through up to 3 enemies, doing damage and status to each.
- Furious Charge: Rocket Snipe creates a wake in its path. Any Knight who enters the wake will get boosted Attack and Movement speeds and Decreased Charge Time until the wake fades or they leave the wake.
- Speed Song: Rocket Snipe sings a birdsong with a fast beat, which makes the owner want to move faster. For the duration of the song/skill, the owner gets Movement Speed Increase and Attack Damage Increase.
- Focus: Decreases cooldown.
- Strong Voice: Increases damage power buff.
- Upbeat: Increases duration and MSI buff.
- Empowering Song: Halves damage taken for the second half of the song.
- Wild Song: For the duration of the song, any hits taken will create a small explosion which knocks enemies back and deals a strong stun.
- Rocket Whirl: Creates 2 rockets which orbit at a moderate distance from the user. When these rockets hit an enemy, the enemy is dealt damage and stun and is pulled toward the user. Then the rockets' flight path tightens toward the user so their AoE is smaller. This is to help draw in enemies, but also to keep Rocket Whirl from pulling in too many enemies, which would kill the user. Still, use with slight caution.
- Focus: Decreases cooldown.
- Strong Fuel: Increases rocket speed.
- Efficient Tank: Increases rocket duration.
- Unstable Whirl: If no enemy is hit by the rockets for a whole second, the rockets' flight path slowly extends back to its original size.
- Cyclonic Whirl: Each time an enemy is hit, there is a chance for the whole party to receive the Haste status, which causes Dash's cooldown to drop twice as fast.
U like, bro? :P (AKA What do you think?)
I wonder what Hyperion would think of this...
