This probably isn't the right time, but after so much time from the HUD update I think GMs could finally make a new usefull HUD update.. Actually it's only a microupdate.. Just put in the HUD an Energy-Crown meter that won't be clicked to appear, a static one.
I think it's a more important feature now that YOU HAVE TO OPEN ENERGY GATES to get treasure boxes. And our spark of lifes won't last forever: we will consume them and then? 50 energy is a big hit: we have to know in real time what's our energy condition.
Please hear my request at least.

When you're next to the gate, the energy thing would pop up. There's still no need to see it all the time.

You could asset your resource before dungeoning. You log in to spiral knights, you see your energy/crowns. How hard is it to remember that little number?
I wanted this when we had mist. Now it's just meh.

Yeah, I miss the always-on crown meter. You can tap the I key to force them to appear, if it's any consolation.
