Why would you run Firestorm Citadel for minerals? The minerals that n show up there most frequently are Valestone and Moonstone.
Maskeraith users in need of Dark Matter should avoid Shock, Poison, Fiend and Undead levels.
Drakon users in need of Crimsonite should avoid Fire, Beast, Fiend and Gremlin levels.
Seraphynx users in need of Luminite should avoid Fire, Jelly, Undead and construct.
The most optimal levels for someone wanting to craft all three sprite foods would be Freeze- or No-Themed Beast, Jelly, Gremlin or Construct, since they only have a reduced drop rate of one of the three minerals.

Honestly, I just run Tier 3 Arcade from D18-D29 once everyday and don't worry about minerals.
Honestly, best way to grind in my opinion, just have fun!
T1-T2 on normal. Run past everything.
Vanaduke is the worst place possible. Levels are super long.
