Hai there,
I've been playing Spiral Knights for over a year now, great game despite some minor issues.
Now before posting this topic, i'do realise Three Rings have already warned SK players about online scammers but i feel the people he/she's scammed from deserve a bit of justice.
Player Name: (Please do not name and shame on the forums. If you would like us to investigate a scam, please submit an in-game complaint. Thank you! - the GMs.)
So he/she is a has scammed at least 200kcr from what i've heard, from people and said "i'm borrowing this crowns or energy its urgent"
Now, i can't mention the people whom this person scammed from but if the admins want to know please message me and ill pm you guys some of the names.
Yes, i was also caught up in this little trick, lended 5000cr and never he/she showed up.It is a reasonably small amount but heres the thing this person can come again in another account and do the same thing in SK community so i was hoping if the admins can track this person and ban permanent from this game not only the account but also his/her's IP to prevent from further scamming.( this person has already deleted his/her account)
Again I'm posting this on behalf the poeple who were scammed and from anoymore further scamming.
Thanking you for your time,
Saxtong

I've seen this kind of post already...

& naming a person here just isn't going to help anyone. Just simply report the problem n leave it to the pros to solve this!

I dont get it...

how easy is it to get fooled by scammers? "im borrowing 5000cr" for what? to show off to their friends? to use it of course. you gotta think about these before giving it. and if he wants such a small amount of cr he obviously does not have enough to pay back! seriously, use your brain before you do this. its the reason why you have it.

I agree to #5.

Scammers aren't thieves. They merely abuse people's trust. It is the people's fault for trusting them and after doing that, they would be much better off learning out of it, instead of crying around, how they got scammed.

I would yet have to hear a story, that involves innocent victims. I mean, even the fact, that there is any story to begin with, already makes the victim guilty for not admitting their mistakes. Slander, so to speak.

Be happy to have been ripped off a little thing and learn out of it, before you end up losing something, that could be much more valuable.
