The new sword range

In lockdown and PVE i have noticed that swords seem to have more range than usual.
If you did change sword range, could you possible also change the length?
I really don't like it when someone hits me with a brandish charge main hit and im about 3 blocks diagonal.

If you did not change the sword range, perhaps is it the fact that too many people are logging on and the need for a bigger and stronger server has never been greater?

Nah, I like the feeling that my sword is so powerful, even the wind caused by swinging it does damage.

More people always log on after a big update, causing lag. The trouble is that they usually leave soon afterwards anyway, and the lag goes back to normal. It would be nice if OOO had an actual reason to upgrade their servers aside from surges like this.
