You really think that the sale is over will make the price drop when you can get over 9k cr on an elite FSC run? I wouldnt be surprised if 8.5k cr is the new price for ce. And why do you want to buy some? You can get everything thru drops, SO GET BACK TO GRINDING!

You do make an interesting point, though we can pretty much get stuff through stratum-grinding as I have about 1,080 Radiant Crystals from FSC. But other than that, I agree.
@Burq: Gee, I don't know.. Maybe in the off chance I don't have any SoL's to rev myself, or I'm not getting crafting orbs, or I shoot the boxes behind energy gates and I want them?
@Inf-Stand: Wouldn't decreasing the value of crowns make them less worthy to buy CE with if you don't want to use real money? Think of those collectors standing in front of the AH, and those CE-fixated FSC grinders like me...
@Fehzor: Energy gates, Craft Orbs if none drop in stratum runs, Revs if I happen to lose all 131 of my SoLs, Re-filling the mi- I mean CE well in my guild, Keys for lockboxes, And weapon slots and trinket slots when my current ones expire.
@Everyone else: I don't get why you have to use that attitude. Especially you, Burq and Bushido-Brownies.
Selfish!?!? Are you Seerus!? I too, am making lots of Cr by FSC grinding, Basil recipes, and merching pet foods (I only have 95 CE right now). I'm not basing any prime knowledge about what I said up top, but all I'm saying we should have the CE prices reduced like how they were when the Battle Sprites were released. It's almost like we entered a second golden age and it just went "NOPE.AVI".

But I'm the one who is selling the energy! It's how you want lots of money from selling your pet food on the Auction House; I am doing the same by selling energy. Do you plan to undersell the stuff that you put in the Auction House? If not, then now you know how I feel about wanting to undersell energy for 6k; that's loosing crowns by 2k.

Suck it up, it's only 2k cr more then before, buying 100 energy will open over 30 energy gates which I really doubt you'd find in such plentiful quantity to burn through your 100 energy ultra quick. You can make so much from random arcade run with elite difficulty and a EFSC run here and there that amassing the crowns necessary to buy the energy exclusive stuff shouldn't be such a problem outside of time.
And Bushido makes a good point.

The two both of ye make a good example of how people think rich people are unfair and abuse poor, and absurdly certain lazy players.
However, the objecting arguement made variable points but almost. It is that if ye have no other use for energy since energy in many kind of ways had cut off, ye can only use it to buy slots, rarities-- anything from the Supply Depot, in Clockworks, or as a secondary currency trading, then ye should minimize it's valuable for the time being. When something like few days ago happened, ye want to increase the pricing, do it so. For the Auction House, whether ye wish to decrease or increase it's price is not literally connected to the energy economy system, except for anything that was bought in energy, specifically from the Supply Depot.
And of course, this will make pros and cons everywhere if ye were to agree my kind of arguement, since players would make a saving for the next promotion. If ye were to be controlling the economy, what do?
For now, it's not me to decide, since I don't even control it. I word out my thoughts.

It makes no difference if it's the Auction House or the energy market. We share the same feelings on wanting to make lots of money; that's the bottom line. I just want profit, and too bad if you guys don't like it. And don't try to give me the cold-sheer look; I see how you guys are in the Auction House putting items at ridiculous high prices. There's stuff that I want to get from the auction House, but I can never get them because I just simply cannot win at the auctions. and the pet food you all are selling, not many people can afford it, either. Those prices are way too high for just one bloody mote or power stone. 3k for one power stone, that's a major rip off!
You can't craft weapons and armor without energy, since you need to buy energy if you want to buy alchemy orbs. And I'm not an energy seller, I'm only showing you guys to view things from a different perspective. It's not always about "Me! me! me!". I find most of these threads to be selfish, bias, and hypocritical.

Hm. I guess that is a solid point. Though like I said, we can do stratum grinding for that but only if I'm that desparate to craft something would I ever buy them from the SD. But I guess that makes sense.
With my pet food merching, I'm just trading stuff for stiff. P. Orbs for S. orbs, D. Orbs for P. Orbs, Etc.

Isn't it actually much cheaper than it used to be, given that the gates pay more crowns anyway (as you don't have to buy your way into them cuz of unlimmited mist)?
I don't think itll be that easy.
Now that players have realized that OOO may offer shines for CE through the depot unannounced, Energy now has added value on top of the fact that it is now required to form guilds, open gates, and purchase items you cannot find in the clockworks.
It may decline with a long dry spell of non-ce sales, or CE promos, but outside of that it may hover around 8k.
