enemy gremlins have a slight chance to drop it. but "slight" is too high. let's say you should be able to hit someone watering plants in his backyard with an apple before you get one. I forgot the "from a plane" part.

I seriously feel sorry for the people who believe it still drops. Nobody has gotten it in the past year. So I'd say it either doesn't drop at all or it has a 0.0000000001% chance of dropping. Probably the former.

That is false...
Originally I knew of 8 Darkfangs (that includes the 4 that Danizpsycho gave away when he quit) to be in existence and knew of all the owners. Since the Update 6 more have surfaced from players who were not the original 8 and all claimed to have gotten them recently. The Devs even stated that all rare drops have been reinstated so this includes the Dark Fang. So you're wrong....they still indeed drop.
