Basically, instead of Knights being Banned from Spiral Knights, each time they log on, they log into a County Jail. Knights will have certain restrictions from normal Knights. This could Include: Having to join a Guild called: The Spiral Knights County Prison, having to wear a specific Prison Uniform etc. They can only receive visits from people at least 4-5 Time a month and will not be allowed to play Lockdown, Blast Network or Venture through Clockworks in any form or way. If they have been put into County Jail for a not so serious reason that only requires a few days (E.g. A Week-Long Ban) then a knight may be allowed to assist the prisoner by paying a certain amount of Crowns to the Spiral Knights Committee. If the Ban is very serious then a Knight will be stuck in County Jail forever unless a friend or Guild Mate (or on their own) can successfully help the knight to appeal to the ban. Knights will also not be able to transfer or Trade Crowns!

Just a Suggestion xD +1

I like your idea to be

I like your idea to be honest, but it wouldn't work...

@Cupcake-God - He didn't say you couldn't talk so you can do something. You can still log on to talk to your friends.

Just because you dislike a thread does NOT mean that every other person dislikes it too.

Considering that they're banned, they should be grateful that they're even allowed to play.

@Cup

That's kind of the point of being banned.

-1 / +1

i dislike it cuz that player can just make another acc and play and kinda pointless if you ban them forever

but its +1 for where you only ban a month or so

its like monopoly

let me change a bit

they wont get ban forever but they have to do 5 to 10 daily missions and no drops what so ever TO GET OUT OF JAIL

their might make a jail lobby for jailers and if they get out of jail and get back in jail the missions will increase every time if they get back in jail

this change take place if they get ban forever

Pistol is best weapon in TF2

How about this? The county jail is sponsored by King Krogmo, and Knights can pilot Tortodrones to beat the living **** out of the jailed Knights. It'd be great fun.

Instead

How about instead of going to prison, why not the problem knights instead have some sort of mark on them, like a X? That way, they can still do missions and stuff, but people will know that knight had done something wrong. How long the mark remains depends on what the knight did.

But sadly it's a -1. Plus it's a rule to not name and shame others.

Most pointless suggestion 2013

What's the practical purpose of this? Why should OOO program, model and implement something like this when it doesn't enrich gameplay or make them money, and is just there "for teh lulz"?

How about you get your pills or drink some tea and calm down instead. People have personal opinions and you should respect them.

But then, what would the point of a BAN?
This is supposed to happen to people who get BANNED.
If you get banned but can still play without any restrictions then what is the point of a BAN?

Honk Honk

The whole point for this is for knights to talk to each other and guildies that they may never talk to again. Depending on how serious the ban is GM's could add more or less restrictions.

They could be unable to play on missions, and just be stuck in a specific area with... not much to do. Just a guess. It's an interesting idea, nonetheless.

Beeping his Beepy Thing

Well many people would like to talk to friends and guildies. Noticing that Spiral Knights is a community/friendly/social game I thought I should put this suggestion forward.

Why Would People Want to Play the Game if they're going to be...

Humiliated? Unless you got a new set of county missions like Scrub the Guild Halls squeaky clean with your toothbrush, but other than that, I don't see why anyone would even play :P (that mission thing was a joke, I'm not serious).
