Your own house in Spiral Knights!

This idea is rather usual to many other games. To have your own house.
I know why some people don't like it, but it would be kind of awesome, right?
Then you have a house you can go to with your friends, and maybe some nice features to it!

It would be a time-killer if I'm bored and just feel like decoration my rooms etc.
I haven't thought of any more stuff you can do with or in the house since I recently got to think about this!
If I get more time to think I'll write down everything I come up with. And if you also have something you would like to add, please post a reply!

Kind of

Well. Almost. But if everyone had their own small house. That would look so cute.

....and if you don't want to leave your current guild to start a more private house, just use a second character/account.

Hmm.

I for one give this idea a +1.

I used to be the guild master for a guild and interviewing possible entrees and talking to other guild masters (of different guilds) was not fun. Especially, no matter what Haven I switched to somebody would manage to bug us. A 'house' would be a nice secluded place to hideaway with somebody and talk to. IF you want to talk to other knights about private manners a house would be a great place to do these things. Also a great AFK spot.

And if you want to tell me "Hay!!! You can do that in PM or via Mail!" There are just somethings that need to be done personally. Face to face.

Whelp, that's what I think.

Feel free to criticize at your will. But I think this is a good idea and I almost made this thread myself.

Okay, when I first read this part, something went into my mind. It's just worded so... exactly as it means... :P

S-Sorry, I don't need this.

We sleep in cryopods, I think, we do. (Unless ye're trying to correct me because of the bedrooms stuffs, I don't know really if we're human or aliens.)

Houses for us seems rather, ye're trying to build on Cradle and steal a lot of space given on Haven.

Dig this back up when we're back in Isora, maybe?

All our houses wouid be sad and empty. Or the opposite, guilds would die to maintain the houses.
Elevators are free, but it's too much grinding to get everything.

As much as I see this as the next crown sink (not that we need one now) it's too much of a luxury.

no get out. <-- New -1

no get out.
This is a explorative game, a game about going into an area that you may have never been before and trying to find any special things for you that you also have to earn. So why in a game like this would we really need ANOTHER fixated, always known destination? We already have too many of those.

i agree. A guild hall is public to guilds and a house would be fun. They could be cheaper too, maybe 15k cr. Things could be aded in the house with ce too :D.
