Explaining more on this i mean, say i got this 4 star item you want but, u can't make it and you have no money for it. Now besides the endless grinding to get crowns. You could just have them make it for you but, you use your materials to craft it. saving time. Anyway Does this sound like a good idea? Having someone else be able to craft gear for you but, they "you yourself the one wanting the craft" their own materials to craft it and possible pay you for the service. Hope that is clear now.
Their should be a way that lets someone use a recipe but, lets them have to use their own materials to craft it.
I think what Teal's trying to say is: "allow us to use other people's recipes". Now I'm pressed on time, so I'lljust say this:
The third story window is now open. You may exit willingly or by force.
Hm, might been few mess ups on the wording but, i thought i made it clear>.> ah well apophis has my meaning.
Anyway yea allow us to use "other people's recipes to use for crafting" like the trade system kind of works. Sorry for the word mix up.
The third story window is now open. You may exit willingly or by force.
Isn't it obvious?
No one will ever buy a recipe again and they'll just spam on chat looking for someone else to leech the recipe off.
It might not be perfect but, that's something different then paying 25k for rank 5 recipe. Other then having to use 5k to upgrade the gear to 5th rank. Only difference i see is, people would be paying the ones who crafted them the gear they get 5k for doing it. I wouldn't think that's too bad of a suggestion. Well its a thought even if, it drives people to spamming the chat.
The point its you are making people being lazy without look the recipe themselves, either going to clockworks or trading with people.
one of the worse things that could happen with this its lets say OOO implement your idea, and people stop looking for recipe because well we have now someone who can craft it, also could rise the price for the service of the knight who could craft the stuff for you, because according to your idea they going to use their materials, and we going to include: materials prices, orbs prices, crafting cost, that would be more expensive that just paying for the recipe. so it not just only the price of the 5k cr for crafting.
even this could make some knights make an agreement for the service, because we know thats possible so i doubt someone would ask 5k cr for their service, i know orbs can be found in clockworks or bought with energy, but both option require: one time to drop an orb, and the other money to buy the orb. so in both ways depending the stars of the orb would be added to the final price of the item crafted. and yes would be more expensive.
Since 100 Ce is 8.5k cr (the last time i checked) this would be Only the price of the orb for the item that the knight would craft for you:
5 stars = 68,000 cr (800 Ce or 3 orbs)
4 stars = 34,000 cr (400 Ce or 3 orbs)
3 stars = 17,000 cr (200 Ce or 3 orbs)
2 stars = 4,250 cr (50 Ce or 3 orbs)
1 stars = 850 cr (10 Ce or 3 orbs)
And thats only the price of the orbs, Now add the price of the materials, of the crafting cost and probably a bit of profit for the knight that give you their service and honestly with those prices... would be cheaper in every aspect to buy the recipe and craft it by yourself.
"well we can add our materials so they can just ask for the fee of crafting" with that case OOO would make that you can only trade items that are not bound to you, so which that mean you would have to buy the ORBS by yourself either from AH or Supply depot and would be expensive than just paid 25k cr. (and No OOO wouldnt add that you can use bound orbs because thats the reason why you can find them in the clockworks / mission, they are rare and are only for yourself if they made those orbs unbound everyone would spam them in AH and there wouldnt be reason to buy them from supply depot which require energy and which one requires real money or crowns and its one of the money income that OOO need to keep running the game)
not lets forget about we have to unbound the weapon to upgrade it to 4 and 5 stars, which that add another cost to the final price of the item, also with now the fire crystal spent to level it up. yes would be a lot expensive.
so there no way your "method" would be cheaper than buy the recipe, and honestly this only make people lazy to find the stuff for themselves (cmon OOO give everything in silver platter i dont think people should ask for more).
so -1 your idea dont make "cheaper" the crafting of a item by another knight, only will be a lot expensive and many players wouldnt use this new "system" because would be a lot easier to just get the recipe and crafting by yourself. also 25k cr isnt a lot its something you can do in a day or 2 days if you dont play a lot. and without elevator costs, getting 25k cr its really easy now so there not excuses.
sometimes with suggestions like this make me believe more that players just want an "Instant Win Button" because they dont want to make a bit of effort to get their stuff... seriously.
No.
Just post up an offer for buying gear with the unbinding price.
Well i can see how it would be a game breaker anyway, this be my last post thanks for the information.
huh?
I'm confused
