So in Arcade you occasionally get the gate with the ?, meaning it could either be a Graveyard, Treasure Vault, Candlestick Keep and possibly a Compound (not too sure yet). But seeing as you can do Candlestick Keep without the need of it being a random level for the ?. I came up with a level which would replace it (So this level can be randomly selected).

This level would be rainy with the occasional Lighting Strike in the background; you're surrounded with trees and you start off by everyone stepping on a party button, up a small and short Hill. You enter a medium-sized room (It's larger Horizontally than Vertically), filled with 1-hit blocks that regenerate after a short moment, like in Jigsaw Valley. These blocks are in a shape of a Rectangle that is in the middle of the area. Between these blocks, you have a new Hazard type, Buzzsaws. They go from Left to Right, and Down to up, (inbetween the blocks that make a rectangle) and they deal Piercing Damage (makes sense if they do). Note that these Buzzsaws come out of the ground next to the blocks, not actually out of the blocks. These Buzzsaws are essential towards completing the level. There is a long trail which these Buzzsaws will follow, and that trail goes past the Blocks and there are 2 small trees. If you break the blocks the Buzzsaws can go past it and it will destroy and cut down the trees, meaning you can progress. Once the Buzzsaw Hits something, it will break not only itself, but whatever is in front of it, even unbreakable blocks.

So if the Buzzsaws go from right to left and the you break the blocks, the Buzzsaws going left to right will follow another trail, breaking another 2 Small Tree's (note that there's Buzzsaws on both sides, so there will really be 2 trees). That way will lead to flipped over L shape area. This area is full of Minerals and the Trail Still goes on to another 2 trees, and that room leads to a Treasure Box Room, containing 5 Treasure Boxes.

The Main room consists of a Gremlin Mender, 2 Alpha Wolvers, 3 Slime Cubes, and 4 Scuttlebots. They spawn forming a Triangle but there are 2 monster respawners which are for Scuttlebots. Also in the Minerals room all the Minerals are at the bottom of the L part and there are another 2 monster respawners at the top which are for Gremlin Thwackers.

Once the main 2 small trees are broken at the down to up part with the Buzzsaws this is where you meet the new enemy, the Blockadile. I'll get to that soon but first I'll say what the level is like.

So the trail still goes on, each trail moving away from each other so they're both at the end of the path, with more blocks in their way which you need to remove. These Saws break unbreakable blocks so you can hit a Switch which will raise a little bridge for you to get past the water. There's also a vase nearby for those who cannot get to the switch. These trails sort of make a flipped C turn, back to the ends of the path, with only a block in their way. Where the bridge appears, next to it left and right, Blockadiles come out of the water. Instead of making monster respawners, every time you kill one, after a while it will come out of the water. The same will happen up ahead so there's 2 bridges. Meaning that there will be 4 of them, only 1 can come out of the water at a time.

The Blockadile can shield itself with it's tail and when it's far away from you it slowly backs away and then charges at you, trying to bite/eat you (deals piercing damage). You can damage it's tail when it defends itself with it, only that once you've damage it enough and it moves it's tail it goes to take a big bite at you, but it takes a half second until he'll bite (this also deals damage). This is a no theme/status type monster. After a short moment it can use it's tail to defend again. His charge can also damage you and deal Normal Damage.

At the end of this path, after the 2 bridges, there are no tree's, and you enter a huge room, but the Party Button is surrounded with unbreakable blocks, this is when you'll last need the saws. So you go back past that short path, break blocks etc. for the Buzzsaws to get through again. There's only a few blocks (they do regenerate after a while) so it's not exactly difficult. You need these saws to follow a trail to the last room to break 2 unbreakable blocks. Then everyone steps on the Party button, and where you broke the 2 blocks to get to the party button 2 Ghost blocks will spawn and replace them where they usually were, so you can just remove all the blocks around the button. This room may be huge although once you step on the party button Unbreakable blocks will spawn, also 2 Buzzsaws will spawn too. You are able to fight the monsters which I shall say what are soon but first I'll say what the Buzzsaws do and whatnot.

There are 2 buzzsaws near the top and bottom of the area, but not RIGHT at the top or bottom, and they're following a spawned trail that appear after you stepped on the Party Button. The Buzzsaws are breaking (breakbable) blocks that do not regenerate. There are 8 blocks and once the Buzzsaw has reached the end there will be 2 ghost blocks (they are symmetrical on both sides), removing all of the blocks. Once this happens, it will free 4 Silkwings that can respawn, but after a long time.

Last paragraph:

So there are 5 waves of enemies, you can kill them while there the Buzzsaws are at work.

Wave 1:

4 Wolvers
2 Chromalisks

Wave 2:

4 Wolvers
2 Alpha Wolvers
2 Chromalisks
2 Kelptolisks

Wave 3:

6 Wolvers
2 Alpha Wolvers
2 Keptolisks
2 Lumbers
1 Silkwing

Wave 4:

4 Wolvers:
2 Alpha Wolvers
2 Slime Cubes
2 Lumbers
2 Scuttlebots
1 Silkwing

Wave 5 (Final):

2 Wolvers
2 Alpha Wolvers
1 Silkwings
1 Trojan

Once done, the Buzzsaws will have surely cleared all those unbreakable Blocks, you can then go through a gate to the Elevator.

Thankyou for Reading, I do appreciate it. I know it can be boring to read loads, and that's why I appreciate it. All constructive criticism is welcome. (I doubt anyone would lie) but I think more of people who are honest. I'd also like to apologize about how long this is. I made it all up on the spot and it took me 1+half hour to make. Note that these Buzzsaws can deal damage to monsters (they're average speed). Sorry if some spots don't make sense, please tell me and I'll correct it.

Also I'm thinking about the name. Frightful Forest or Buzzsaw Breakdown?

EDIT: I also feel that Buzzsaws could be added to Gloaming Wildwoods/Ultimate Gloaming Wildwoods. And Possibly Jigsaw Valley.

1 levels with a ? are graveyard, treasure vault + 1-3 random levels of any kind.
2 I'm too tired to read it all, so the buzzsaws need a bit more explanation to me and... I didn't get much further.

Mighty, you should probably

Mighty, you should probably just write summery of the idea in the thread to avoid scaring people off and put the whole idea in a goigle doc then link it in the thread.

@Waffle

You can't make a half-decent thread like making a brand new level by summing it up. It's too brief. People can just scan through each paragraph but perhaps the GM's will read it. :P
