Energy. Since they don't have a "system" where they have to use the bathroom, they eat energy and it gets stored. Then, when they need to use it, they press a button that takes energy out from their body and they use it for anything. And that's the main thing they eat. About the Rocky Core...
Oh and that's why rich players with a ████load of energy look fat. After 1 million energy, notice they have an enlargened name, prestige rank, etc.
