Well I've noticed that the MSI (Movement Speed Increase) stats are becoming really popular now.... So what could go wrong with another module trinket on the Coliseum? Don't you agree?....

Seems like a touchy subject. Witness Zeddy's VH Movement Speed compared to Medium, Neutral, and -2 (also considering that he gives them a headstart).

Now I don't know what Maximum would be like but I figure you'd have no problem outrunning things like Howlitzer heads and have 0 trouble dodging rockets if anyone ever reached that point. How easy it would be to just walk away from an enemy if you were shocked since they wouldn't be able to catch up to you even if you were to spasm a little. How easy it would be to place bombs and run away after doing so. Kiting will become cakewalk.

Besides greavers and rockets, you can outrun (or at least outsmart) any enemy even with ancient set already.
They all have the same flaw: they stop to charge attacks. Kitting IS a cakewalk.

More MSI would allow some specific slow weapons to shine, but it wouldn't break an "already broken" game.

nope.
one because dodging would be too simple.
two, becuase paries would split between fast and slow, occasionally kicking the slow cause it's slow.

Because even with Zeddys vid MSI is still fairly low. Also, what Juances said.

Sod that

Put +2 MSI on the mercurial jelly pieces and let us get max MSI that way.
