Does Sudaruska stun on Second hit? If not, Can I assume that the Mighty Great Cleaver Also Doesn't?
If so, Can I assume that the Mighty Great Cleaver Does?
Also, If it doesn't, Why? The Triglav and the Frozen Great Cleaver does.

Sudaruska doesn't

Last I checked, the wiki was exactly correct: Sudaruska doesn't stun on the second hit of the combo.

I don't know about the cleaver, but my guess would be that it's identical to Sudaruska.
