Maskeraith Haunted Haze Fix

This is just a much needed and i believe optimal solution for the haunted haze path on Maskeraiths third skill.

Hexing Haze
Creates a miasma around you that hexes any target within. Each hex has a timer that deals heavy damage upon termination. For every target acquired by hexing haze, the duration of the miasma increases.

Haunted Haze Bonus (changed)
Any target that dies ** while marked by hexing haze (by the explosion of Hexing haze or damage from another source) will spawn a vengeful ghost that seeks out other targets and explodes on impact.

(Change needed in addition to this: The Targets Marked by miasma stay marked for .5 seconds after the explosion of hexing haze in order to retain the new effect)

This would make Maskeraith Users more assassin like because they can stack up mini nukes to assassinate the next target. It would also remove the awkwardness of having to NOT kill but get to near death experience of the current haunted haze.

More important fix: Make the ghosts do more than 7 damage.
