I typically party with a group of a few close friends. One said friend is relatively more new to the game than the rest of us and does not yet have his 5* clearance, yet despite this is a fine player and has run FSC numerous times with us. But while we work towards his certification, it is a source of some frustration that we must run the daily missions multiple times if we all want to play together and all get credit.
Given that there is no difference in the difficulty of missions across the same tier, I don't see why people running missions at the beginning of a tier must be kept separate from those who are near the end, especially considering that it's hard enough finding parties for these missions sometimes. The situation with my friend aside, I certainly wouldn't mind running with someone who is slightly less well equipped than me if it meant just being able to play with somebody during off-hours.
Also, it would be nice if players got credit for missions above their tier clearance, for the reasons stated in the first paragraph. Don't match them with inappropriately high-tiered parties obviously, but there's no harm in giving them credit for runs their friends invite them to; just adjust the prestige reward to whatever they'd normally get.

There IS a difference, my missions are on Stratum 5 and my boyfriend's are on Stratum 6. I can clear S5 with no problems, but S6 still gives me problems.

Ummmm.... why not?
