I think anyone that beat vanaduke and became a vanguard should be able to travel to the spiral knights home planet. The planet was invaded by new monsters players can craft new weapons and achive higher ranks. Since OOO has stalled the vanguards for a long time.

maybe visit a new planet since you can still ride the ship. maybe meet martians or travel on the moon. something like mario galaxy

Why +1 Thunder? Well if ALL the knights on Cradle are stranded, you can gather stuff to help rebuild Cradle, but you must do solo to prove you are one the best knights ever.

franky, that solution will require infinite different worlds not to go to the same thing again, the one we have now: boredom.
healero, I don't care if I'm not the best knight ever. I don't give a f. also, this game is made for teaming up and compelling someone to do a mission completely solo would be nonsense. it's a choice we do.
side note: we must rebuild the skylark, not cradle. cradle as a planet would need a lot of work to "rebuild".

Guess I cant leave Thunder alone.
The one thing that we absolutely cannot do is end the storyline. Even if it isn't a good, happy ending, we won't be seeing Isora on any of the updates anytime soon. Reason being that if we finish the storyline, we won't have anything left to do. Of course, now is basically the same thing, but We cannot affford to just bring the story to a full stop, then say, "Welp, that's it. Now go play another game".

Rather, why new planets? You can put whatever fancy new enemy or level you can imagine on Cradle since it has the ability to absorb other planets already. It's the most exploitable system possible.
