If you can get kat hoods from ancient page tokens why not get kat armor from ancient page tokens to craft up to 4 and 5 star.

No. We don't need kat armor.
At 5*, the kat set will become the new quicksilver set, with MSI med in total. Especially the extra bonuses.
EDIT: I have made a mistake. The Black Kat Cowl gives MSI, not the other black kat hoods.

Clearly you are not getting my point because you can't answer this question. Why did we add kat helms to the game? I will tell you.
Because we needed something to buy from the ancient pages, but we haven't made the set 100 percent just 50 percent. I'm sure if an admin came to this idea and they decided to put in, you'd be impressed and happy because a few months from now you can get a full set.

The first time the BK event appeared back in February, OOO just started off with the Kat hoods and the Kat fetish material.
Again, we don't need the armor. Otherwise, it might become the "Snarbolax V2.0" with MSI at Level 10.

You know what, a lot of knights would want to have a set of kat armor and kat helmets. Deal with it and I think you two are just alts. One as a noob and one as a 5 star. You both commented near the same times. Either that or GO BACK TO HIGH SCHOOL!!!!! You need to know good ideas and bad ideas.

All of those have in common that they don't care as to how they'll fit in with the existing game.
If you make a suggestion think about:
exactly what you're suggesting (what does this kat armor of you offer?)
how this will affect the existing game
Why we need it
etc.

I actually think this idea is ok (or at least close). It seems weird to me that the Kat hoods don't come with matching Kat armor sets, and there's no reason why the armor stats would have to match the helmet stats (Kat cowls are atypical enough that I think it would fly).
Healero, you seriously need to work on your interpersonal skills, or else you'll alienate and offend a lot of people here.

The kat hats are hats only for a reason. This is to force you to create your own mix-and-match loadout that's incompatible with Perfect Mask of Seerus, Divine Hood, and Black Kat Cowl.
If you want a cat claw cowl and cat claw cloak so badly, just equip one piece of snarbolax and one piece of vog. Mostly same effect.
