Someone really needs to fix this.
I really hate how once you equip an accessory to yourself, you can't just normally unequip the accessory and keep it, you have to "remove" it, which for all who don't know, means to destroy it. When you remove an accessory, you should actually remove it, not destroy it, which is pretty dumb. Even if the GMs don't change this, they should at least replace the "remove" button with a "destroy" button. It really makes no sense. Yesterday, I bought a pipe for 35k cr. I already had a military eye of fury equipped. I also did not know that if you have an eye floating above your head, you can't smoke. (wtf?) But my main point is, I can either have the eye, or the pipe, and since the eye is more expenisve, I didn't remove it, and now I can't sell my heavy pipe. And that's not too bad, and I have gone a little off track here.
There is an officer in my guild called stormguardia, and he wanted to remove some sort of item from some sort of armor (Sorry, I don't know the exact details). However, he accidently selected some other armor, and he removed his wings. What is even worse, that he sent a complaint to the GMs, and they didn't do anything, not even tell him that they might change the béchamel removing thing. So now he's thinking about quitting SK,
This removing/destroying thing really makes no sense at all, and I think the GMs should change it so removing an item actually... well, removes it from the item and back into your inventory. What do you guys think about this?
Legit answer: That is a suggestion that has come up often and I feel it should be done since it's annoying when you attach something and realize that it looks terrible. Sadly, I haven't heard any talk about this going down at all from the GM/devs.
Trolling answer: Well sir, when Bechamel removes an equip, he then keeps it to himself and them proceeds to sell it as the featured auction on the AH for massive profits durr hurr. He has scammed countless knights for generations, acting as a massive crown sink for people with terrible fashion sense who need to constantly remove and try on new accessories.
