How about, since Cobalt armor and it's upgrades is referred to as a "all round" armor, you make it pure normal defense with slightly weaker defense than the plate sets? Feel free to suggest anything that can make this better, as I think the Cobalt armor line is just the Wolver line without the sword damage bonus or freeze resist.
Cobalt line suggestion.

Tutajakk, the problem with having "a bit" of everything is that it'd be so low it wouldn't have any real impact on defensem, almost as if it wasn't there.
Look at defense (not status) UVs. No one wants them unless they are at max.
It should have a little bit of elemental and shadow too, with less piercing to be all around.
