Billing is back up annnnd it ate my money

I noticed that the billing system came back up and the energy packages load once again. I decided to buy 7,500 energy for $20 through Steam. Upon purchasing the Steam wallet funds I hit purchase on SK and after a few seconds I'm given "An unexpected error occurred on the server" message with no CE obtained and a $20 USD pending charge on my credit card. Splendid...

Filing a support request in-game right now. Until then I advise anyone to hold off on tossing money at OOO in the meantime as billing is still clearly down but in a much more destructive way I guess.

Too late for me. Just started

Too late for me. Just started and I am liking this game, so I went to buy a starter pack. I am now 20$ poorer with no starter pack in sight. Hopefully support answers soon.

I purchassed 7,500 energy through the billing page on spiral knights for 20.00 with my mastercard debit/giftcard. i have not yet received my energy and i have a pending charge on my card. can someone help me?

Just a heads-up for anyone encountering this kind of problem; we can't help via forums or support request, but please do head over to https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail and contact our billing team, and they'll investigate for you.

Things you'll want to include in your e-mail to make life easier for them and to save you time:

*The name of a knight on the account you bought the energy on.
*The date and approximate time you made the purchase (please specify timezone)
*How you made the purchase (Steam wallet? Credit card? SMS?)
*Information about the purchase method (Steam confirmation number, paypal e-mail address, last six digits, name, and address of credit card, phone number from which the SMS was sent)

That will help them to separate your purchase out from everyone else's.
