What are the PC/graphics card/whatever requirements to get a glossy floor (Easily seen in FSC on some pictures and videos)?
I must have one. MUST.

Go to your driver config panel and force every option on/off one by one until you see it?

You need quadruple GTX Titans or a quantum computer.
Serious answer: it should be like that with high graphics. It is for me, at least and I run on a GTX 660 TI. You could mail OOO if setting the grahpics to high doesn't help, I guess. It might be that your GPU must support some fancy thing in OpenGL but I'm not really familiar with that so I can't really help you more.
A thread in tech support could be a good idea. Move it there, alternatively.

Krakob, I believe High graphics do not make my floor glossy. Now you've mentioned it, this might be in the wrong section indeed. I'll move it.
I think FSC is the only tile set with glossy floors. Correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe you should post in suggestions for more glossy floors.

It's not about PC specs, it's how the material is set up in game.
