I think it would add to the freshness of the dungeon if some of the premade dungeon rooms had mirrored duplicates. I can imagine this would cause problems flipping vertically, but i can't think of any problems with flipping them horizontally.

I think there are already. If you run the first level of Alone in the Dark about 20 times (run meaning not stopping to kill) you'll notice some striking similarities.
