Here is the idea.

-You must equip both the Cowl and the Cloak to use for armor (you can still use them seperately for costumes)

-Equipping the set will give you:
-MAX ASI
-MAX CTR
-MAX DMG
-No protection, a single hit of anything will kill you
-No MSI or MSD bonuses
- -8 resistance to all six statuses, equivilant to two MAXIMUMS

-Health cannot be added by Heart Trinkets, Vitapods, Recon Cloaks/Guardian Shields, the Scarlett Shield, or by Sprite Perks

-Status Resistances may not be added by Trinkets or perks

-UVs cannot be added to the Cowl or the Cloak

-The recipes are Basil exclusive, and cannot appear together, also you must work your way to the sets like normal armor

-Heat will not be taken by the Chaos set

-You can still equip a shield

-Defense cannot be rasised and you cannot heal

Also the Mad Bomber set will stay as it is currently.
