So I've made quite a few frivolous purchases in the last few days and I've managed to maximize my spending limit twice now. Yes that means I've had to email three rings to allow me an extension once. Well recently I tried to buy a little starter pack for a friend who's just starting out on SK, but it says that my card has reached it's limit. I guess the billing system tracks both how much your account and your card purchases.
Would it be possible for me to bypass this check by purchasing the energy from another source? Say I put the money into a PayPal account and purchase it from there instead does the game still know it's my card or can I buy it? Or, as I imagine, would getting a spending limit increase boost the limit for both my account and my card?
It's best not to tempt the billing gremlins by trying to circumvent the spending limit system. If it's been a while since your last spending limit increase your are always free to request it be raised again.
