So when a linchen supposedly creates symbiosis the two merge into 1 this makes total sense on why the health is added on, but what happens when you slap a linchen with a faust and get a curse status on that lil bad boy? His bro decides "ey lets go catch a bite at the spiral deli" he looks at his bro and says "ai`te mate les do dis" they symbiosis themselves together and go ahead and roll that pathetic curse you just slapped on the one out the way like a car dealer hides the additional payment on the contract with a white piece of paper.

Anyone else here think the linchens should roll along status effects when they merge? I really dont mind the health addition because it does make sense but if one of those beautiful delicate orbs are cursed, singed, or just a bit down because they got poisoned why do they get the right to kick off a perfectly fine status effect because they "merged"? Married slimes are suppose to bring their problems together not kick them off like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bFEoMO0pc7k

At the very least if poison

At the very least if poison could block merging it would be a significant buff for the Biohazard. Nothing worse than seeing your tag shots go wasted and knowing that if you exploded them earlier it still wouldn't have mattered either way.

Inheriting status might be a step too far, but I imagine Chaotic Haze would look awesome with merging

Curse is the only big offender. Any other status can go unnoticed due to short durations anyways.

I don't like having my poison lost because they merge. Poison should at least block merging and curse should damage the created linch.

overstepping the boundries of physics

Either that or certain status effects will transform the linchens to adapt to that particular status effect. i.e if singed with fire they would become oilers when merged, and poison will bring out a poison linchen instead but even then that might be going a bit too far. ._ .

This annoys me too, though

This annoys me too, though mostly because it renders my kitty's Heart Attack ineffectual when everything merges and loses the heart enchantments. The same thing happens when those little Devilite jerks decide to change forms.
