Make the recipe for 4* recipes there when you need it the most.

Why?
I see several people around haven asking for others to invite them to vana because hey have to raise money for crystals. And all the 4 star people just farm a single mission which isn't good for the arcade. I know some people who have been stuck on 4* ever since the update.

because 4* people who get to FSC then can heat their weapons very quickly, which is precisely against why the forge was introduced: slow you down as mist did.

The 4* recipe requires 5* crystals. It's fine if everyone sticks to their levels.
Your suggestion would make sense if crystal recipes were used to upgrade instead of downgrade.
