For some reason... whenever i try to open Spiral knights now... it goes onto full screen... and then logs on so i get to the lobby room... but straight away it then closes spiral knights automatically... i only just got off from a perma ban... I have tried to reinstall steam.. and the game.. but it keeps on doing the same thing.. any suggestions before i put in a bug report? Anything will be very appreciated.. thanks

This problem when playing Spiral Knights on Steam usually occurs when using older Intel drivers. Please try installing drivers directly from Intel's Download Center to get the most up to date version possible. In some cases the original laptop vendor driver may block installation. If this happens there are steps for a work around listed on the Wiki.

The information that you have given me has not worked unfortunately. But i did receive a mail about my problem and have given a reply with all the information that they have asked for to investigate my problem. So i guess i will see what they say.
